데일리연합 (아이타임즈M 월간한국뉴스신문) 주언 기자 | 송파구의 문정현대 아파트가 건축심의를 통과하며 리모델링 사업이 순항 중이다. 이는 송파구에서 세 번째로 추진되는 리모델링 단지로, 빠른 건축심의 통과로 인해 사업이 한층 가속화될 전망이다. 쌍용건설(글로벌세아 그룹)은 지난 6월 13일 사전자문에 이어 건축위원회 심의를 조결부 의결로 통과했다고 8일 밝혔다. 이에 따라 조합은 8월 중 권리변동계획수립과 승인을 위한 총회를 개최할 예정이며, 9월 이후부터는 리모델링 허가 신청을 위한 동의서 75% 확보에 나설 계획이다. 문정현대 아파트는 1991년 준공된 지하 1층10층, 1개동 120가구 규모의 아파트로, 이번 리모델링을 통해 지하 4층10층(증축), 15층(신축) 1개동 138가구 규모로 탈바꿈하게 된다. 특히 15층 높이의 신축 건물에는 추가 18가구와 커뮤니티 시설이 들어설 예정이며, 추가된 18가구는 일반분양을 통해 조합원의 분담금을 줄이는 데 활용될 계획이다. 2022년 7월 문정현대 아파트 조합은 시공사 선정총회를 통해 쌍용건설을 시공사로 선정했다. 쌍용건설은 송파 더 플래티넘(오금 아남 아파트)과 가락 쌍용1차에 이어 세 번째 리모델링 추진
