LG Electronics Executives Confirmed 'Recruitment Corruption'...Increased in Prison[Issue_DIG UP]

LG Electronics management targets 2.33 out of 4.5 points under credit, and 102 out of 105 interviews passed the final pass

 

Daily Union (Monthly, Korea News Newspaper) Ju-un Journalist |  The second part of the Supreme Court upheld the conviction of the lower court by dismissing the original court, which sentenced Mr. P, a former LG Electronics executive who was on trial for hiring irregularities, to six months and two years in prison.

 

Despite this, P is known to be an executive at a training institution of LG affiliates.

 

Mr. P, a former executive of LG Electronics, was indicted and tried on charges of failing the son of an executive of LG Electronics' production group, who was not eligible to take the test, and obstruction of business during LG Electronics' 2014-2015 recruitment process.

 

The executive son passed by Mr. P received a very low score in the recruitment passing score, but he was reportedly specially managed as a person subject to management.

 

Mr. P was found to have passed the document with 2.33 points, although 3.0 out of 4.5 points is a recruitment standard credit.

 

In the prosecution's investigation, Mr. P ordered the creation of a "recruitment request management plan" to handle it efficiently as the number of requests for hiring new employees increased, and it was found that he specially managed those selected among the candidates for recruitment.
